Synopsis
The popular PBS character Caillou is a bald four-year-old who is occasionally as moody as a real toddler. This makes him appealing to children as they can relate to his realistic behavior, although some parents may feel that Caillou's actions might encourage such behavior in their children. This particular tape finds Caillou wishing he could stop being little and just grow up, a feeling most kids will certainly share. This video is aimed at toddlers up to the age of five.
