Was the eldest of the five children of his father Earl, a computer expert, and mother Barbara Packard, a Konkani Maharashtrian.
Is the grandson of John Packard, an Irish American and a member of the US Army, who had settled down in Bangalore, India.
Made his film acting debut in the Malayalam movie
Aryan
(1988), following which he made his Bollywood acting debut in
Ilaaka
(1989).
Acted in Malayalam and Telugu films apart from mainstream Hindi films.
Was a bodybuilding trainer of Bollywood stars Sanjay Dutt, Sunil Shetty, and Salman Khan's bodyguard Shera.
Has won several state and national awards in bodybuilding.
Mutually separated from his wife Avril Packard who moved away to France with their daughter.
Met with a bike accident in an inebriated state during 2012, following which he suffered from respiratory disorders.
Spent his last days with younger brother Daryl Packard in Kalyan, Maharashtra.
Died at the age of 47 at Vasai, Maharashtra (India) due to respiratory disorder.
