Born in Agra, India, actor Madhur Mittal began acting for the screen as a young child, appearing in movies and famously winning the Indian reality dance show Boogie Woogie in 1997, when he was only nine years old. In 2008, he was cast in the role of Salim in Danny Boyle's landmark film Slumdog Millionaire, which became a massive, international hit.
