Bio

The daughter of six-time Emmy-winning journalist Steve Andrews, sportscaster Erin Andrews seemingly had a genetic advantage in her chosen career. After working in the local and regional sports journalism scene in her home state of Florida during the early 2000s, the striking reporter joined ESPN in 2004. She would cover hockey, football, basketball, and other professional sports over the coming years, though she would also garner attention in 2009 when a nude video of her circulated on the Internet. The clip was recorded through a peephole in her hotel room without her knowledge, resulting in a federal suit against the man responsible for the video, who pleaded guilty to charges of interstate stalking. Andrews bounced back, however, joining the cast of the popular reality series Dancing with the Stars in 2010. Two years later she landed her first film role -- as a receptionist for a character played by ESPN alumni Dan Patrick in the Adam Sandler comedy That's My Boy.
