Bio

British actor Marc Warren got a taste for performing while involved with the National Youth Theatre, though he didn't begin a professional career until he was 20, when he landed the starring role in a production of the musical Godspell in 1988. He subsequently began taking on work in odd areas of show business, providing voice-over work for TV commercials, and acting as a storyboard stand-in for Ewan McGregor for Star Wars: Episode I -- The Phantom Menace. As the actor eventually started to land recurring roles on TV productions like The Vice, Band of Brothers, and Highlander: The Series, he slowly but surely became a recognizable face to all audiences. Warren found no shortage of memorable roles as he rounded out the first decade of the new millennium, playing casino operator Tony Crane on the acclaimed U.K. series Life on Mars, and starring as the Messiah in the series Messiah V: The Rapture.
