A suave and handsome player of Bollywood roles, Aftab Shivdasani debuted on film as a child actor at the age of 9 as an orphan in 1987's Mr. India. He enjoyed occasional roles in the years that followed, but only peaked in activity during the 2000s. Projects -- which spanned a number of genres including romances, thrillers, and comedies -- included the 2002 Pyaasa, the 2003 Hungama, and the 2006 Ankahee. In the years to follow, Shivdasani signed for a minor role in the flashy musical Om Shanti Om (2007), and one of the leads -- that of writer Guarav -- in the madcap Bollywood ensemble comedy Money Hai Toh Honey Hai (2008).
