- Found his passion for acting when he was in Class X.
- After graduating as Bachelor of Science (Physics), he completed a computer course and started with a regular 9-to-5 job.
- Got a part in Salim Ghouse's Hamlet when one of the actors playing Hartio's role quit.
- In 1996, he quit his job, as he got an opportunity to work in a television show.
- Has been a part of many international productions and is well-known for his performance in the movie Outsourced (2006).
- Conducts theatre workshops for children. These are a regular feature at Prithvi Theatre's Summertime every year.
- Volunteers with NGOs regularly; has worked with autistic kids as well.
- Is one of the founding members of Thalia, a community of volunteers who use theatre to work with children. Thalia was established in 1998.
