- Grew up in Fergus, Ontario, Canada.
- Trained with Kate Twa at Railtown Actors Studio in Vancouver and completed four years of full time training in the teachings of Lee Strasberg and Uta Hagen.
- Her training also includes scene study with Jeanie Hackett, Lesly Kahn Comedy Intensive, BGB Intensive and Playhouse West.
- Won the award for Best Actress (Short) at the 2017 First Glance Film Fest for her work in the short drama Chocolate.
