A documentary crew led by TV host Sebastian Beasley expects to film a survival show about a tribe on a remote Philippine island. But the island is also home to something dangerous, as they realize after dead children start falling from the trees. The crew soon discovers that a band of bloodthirsty cannibals who move through the treetops is hunting them down -- with a particular hunger for the pregnant Phoebe -- and they must work together to stay alive.
