A tween named Ray hopes to prove he is a responsible individual by taking care of the family dog while his parents are away. Unfortunately, Harry the dog runs out the front door and into the home of their mysterious neighbor. While inside, Harry accidentally douses himself with a top-secret formula for invisiblity, leaving ray and his friends to find the missing invisible dog before the FBI (and Ray's parents) can intervene.
