Synopsis

In a meticulously orchestrated future, pregnancy is forbidden, and citizens are encouraged to have loveless sex and take mind-altering narcotics. While most people are happy to retain this established order, including Thomas Grambell (Keir Dullea), a supervisor of human "hatcheries," resistance is growing, as evinced by quirky malcontent Bernard Marx (Bud Cort) and other rebels. When a native named John Savage (Kristoffer Tabori) arrives, his presence further upends conventional thinking.
