Synopsis

In this second movie sequel to the TV series, L.A. police detective Matthew Sykes (Gary Graham) and his partner, Sam "George" Francisco (Eric Pierpoint), try to keep the peace in a city that is home to both humans and a race of permanently stranded aliens known as Tenctonese. Sykes deepens his relationship with one of the aliens, Dr. Cathy Frankel (Terri Treas), while trying to track down a rogue Tenctonese scientist bent on creating a new master race.
