After receiving a distress call from a clandestine underground facility, Maj. Tom McQuade (Cliff De Young) and Jack Reed (John Savage) must lead a team to investigate. By the time they arrive, all the scientists manning the facility are dead, but there is one survivor: teenager Jesse Turner (Ryan Thomas Johnson). However, Turner is in no condition to provide vital information, so the investigation continues, eventually leading to a radioactive plutonium leak and man-eating dinosaurs.
