In this violent crime drama New York detectives Gravedigger and Coffin are put on the case to investigate drug dealings in Harlem. The trouble begins as a prominent photographer vows to rid Harlem of all drug dealers (so he can be the head drug lord). Only the current drug lord is onto the photographer's scheme. To get rid of them, the clever cameraman states that a series of recent murders has been perpetrated by the ghost of a 1930s gangster, Charleston Blue. The little drug dealers, who are extremely superstitious, believe him and cut out. It is up to the detectives to bring in both the actual drug lord and the photographer.
