Synopsis

At a Soviet institution of learning where religion is banned, a murderous, fanatical scientist creates his own version of the Ten Commandments, inciting the deterioration of morality and relationships throughout the university. This bizarre anti-communist propaganda piece utilizes stock-footage from Cecile B. DeMille's The Ten Commandments (1923).
