When an earthquake rocks the city of Paris, a mysterious and deadly mist suddenly appears and slowly engulfs the city, killing people along the way. Mathieu (Romain Duris) and Anna (Olga Kurylenko) must race against time and face the mist in order to save their daughter Sarah (Fantine Harduin) who is trapped in a medical containment device with only hours of battery life left.
