Synopsis

Con un cásting impresionante y escrita por el guionista habitual de Fellini, Ennio Flaiano, "Fantasmas de Roma" es una pequeña obra maestra que satiriza sobre la especulación inmobiliaria en la Italia de los años 50. El príncipe Aníbal (Eduardo de Filippo) vive en su antiguo palacio acompañado de todos los fantasmas de sus antepasados. Aníbal recibe varias jugosas ofertas por ese castillo, sin embargo, no acepta ninguna. Su sobrino, tras su muerte, heredará el castillo y no dudará ni un segundo en venderlo con todos los fantasmas por una cantidad inferior a la que habían ofrecido a su tío. Serán los fantasmas los que se pongan manos a la obra para evitar que ese gran castillo se pierda y evitar quedarse sin un hogar.
