Dong, an evil lord rules Dongrila, located on the borders of India and China. After an army Major's daughter is kidnapped to be used as a suicide bomber, a band of army officers start trailing on Dong. When he managed to kill the prime-minister (or is it the president?) of India, a small band of commandos takes it upon themselves to bring him down with some unconventional warfare.
