Synopsis

Leo en Rita, een koppel zestigers, besluiten te verhuizen van Berlijn naar het platteland in een klein dorpje in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, in het voormalige Oost-Duitsland. Maar het leven daar is allerminst idyllisch. Spoedig gaat Leo zijn beslissing betreuren.
