Finding little joy in their love lives, three friends in Paris -- Juliette (Mathilde Seigner), Marie (Judith Godrèche) and Florence (Anne Parillaud) -- rely on one another for support as they navigate through life, entering their late 30s. Marie and Florence are both married, but each has a husband who lacks desire when it comes to providing for his spouse -- either financially or emotionally, respectively. Meanwhile, Juliette is newly single after her commitment-phobic boyfriend leaves her.
