Celebrities put their athleticism to the test as they jump from the 10-meter high dive and attempt complicated dives alone and paired with a partner. In the time leading up to the competition, the celebrities -- including comic Louie Anderson, actress Keshia Knight Pulliam and former professional basketball player Kareem Abdul-Jabbar -- train with Olympic diving legend Greg Louganis. Two more Olympians join the competition in the form of judges David Bouda and Steve Foley, who critique each dive.
