A group of 16 aspiring boxers train, spar and compete their way to their dreams of boxing glory. Contestants live together in a historic building in Pasadena, Calif., and compete in teams -- East vs West. Each week one member of each team fights the other -- and the loser of that fight is eliminated from the competition.
