Ilan Hall returns to host more after-hours "knife fights" at his downtown Los Angeles restaurant The Gorbals. Episodes feature culinary battles between some of the country's most exciting chefs. The chefs must use secret ingredients to come up with their dishes within the time limit. Friends, family, and restaurant critics watch the competitions, cheering and heckling the chefs during the tense battles. Judging each battle is a three-person panel that includes Hall and two rotating spots featuring celebrities and food experts. There's no big cash prize on the line, but the winner gets bragging rights and a cleaver that says "I Won" on it. The loser gets a smaller cleaver that says "I Almost Won."
