Russo meets with celebrities whose lives have been altered by paranormal events. In each episode, the celebrity relives the events that occurred at the site of the experience. Russo then explains what happened, using her psychic abilities and connecting the celebrity with loved ones who have crossed over. Celebrity guests include Regis Philbin, Connie Stevens and Chazz Palminteri.
