Synopsis

In this western, set during the Civil War, a Texas rancher refuses to take sides in the conflict and finds himself in all kinds of trouble when a former Confederate officer becomes an outlaw, and kills the rancher's father, thereby causing the rancher to seek vengeance. Songs include: "South of San Antone," "Ten Thousand Cattle," "The Cowboy's Lament" (sung by Steele, Carey, Lilburn).
