Ballu, a notorious and dangerous criminal, is arrested by an honest police officer named Ram. But when Ballu escapes from the prison, Ram's girlfriend and police officer Ganga goes undercover and finds out that Ballu, in fact, was an innocent who was turned into a criminal by the evil villain Roshida. Things get complicated when Ballu falls for Ganga and Ram reaches out to Ballu's mother for help in arresting him.
