In this revolutionary series, entertainment icon Jennifer Lopez, Grammy Award-winning singer Marc Anthony and world-famous concert director Jamie King search the world for undiscovered Latin performers. During a trip through 20 countries, the trio of judges searches for outstanding singers, musicians, dancers and other performers. After reviewing talent and hearing the performers' personal stories, lucky participants are chosen to come to the United States for a spectacular show that celebrates Latin music and performance arts.
